  • hair services are provided based on professional consultation and your preferences.

  • Refunds for services are generally not available unless there is a clear issue with the service provided.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue and provide a solution, such as a complimentary adjustment.

2. Products

  • Refunds or exchanges for products are available under the following conditions:

    • The product is defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.

    • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services that have already been rendered

  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer

  • Gift cards or promotional items
