Leon Yap
About
Leon is the driving force behind Tony Walker Hair Studio. His journey in the hair industry began with passion and dedication—he moved from Malaysia to Singapore in 2011, and in 2013, he started as an assistant at Chez Vous Hair Salon, gaining hands-on experience from the ground up. Through years of hard work, he earned his ITE Certificate with Merit in 2021, laying a strong foundation for his craft.
Story
In 2016, Leon became one of the founders of Colour Haven Hair Studio, where he refined his skills in delivering personalized, high-quality hair services. In 2025, he embarked on a new chapter by creating Tony Walker Hair Studio, a salon focused on organic, vegan, and eco-friendly haircare. Leon carefully selects premium natural and vegan products, combining his passion for sustainable hair treatments with gentle, effective coloring techniques to ensure every client enjoys healthy, vibrant hair.

About
Qian Ru is a passionate hairstylist with a strong foundation in the hair industry. Growing up with parents who are also hairstylists, she was exposed to salon life from a young age. She is known for her attentive service, honest advice, and creating hairstyles that suit each client’s lifestyle and hair condition.
Story
Qian Ru’s journey in hairdressing started naturally, as she grew up around the beauty and hair industry. She later met Leon during their ITE journey, where they both built their foundation and passion for hairstyling. Today, together at Tony Walker Hair Studio, Qian Ru continues to focus on healthy, beautiful hair through organic, vegan, and eco-friendly haircare.
